Happy New Year! We hope that the new decade is off to a flying start!

Naturally, January prompts many of us to set goals, affirm resolutions, make plans and vow to achieve great things!

Fitness is often a priority goal for many of us, and we believe that it should be! Not only will working on your fitness improve your health, reduce the onset of disease and make you look amazing, it will also give you the energy and motivation you need to achieve all your other goals and walk confidently in the direction of your dreams!

So, how can we make fitness more of an on-going goal and less of a New Year fad? Lets start by looking at how much exercise we actually need and how we can increase our efforts gradually to reduce the risk of injury and ensure that we remain committed to the plan!
